My Story

I’m Jewel, the owner and chef of Sugar'd. I'm a Miami native who relocated to San Antonio in 2021. I’ve been elbow-deep in dough and batter since 2010 when I began my patisserie and baking journey, at the start of my culinary program.

I'm a mom of 4 boys from toddler to teen who are all excited and enthralled with my journey and benefiting from all the taste tests.

 

Sugar'd is a home-based bakery operating on good recipes and a dream. I offer a variety of dessert options but buttercream cakes are my jam. My products are great for both casual get togethers and large functions. I hope to eventually earn your loyalty, but if nothing else, your curiosity to try out Sugar’d.
